This panel will address issues of professional and scholarly development for students working in women, gender, and sexuality studies. We will focus on the challenges of developing and presenting oneself as an interdisciplinary scholar invested in feminist and/or queer inquiry during and after graduate school. Panelists will discuss publishing, networking, job market strategies, work/life balance, and finding an enriching scholarly community. This panel will be a moderated discussion followed by an extended Q&A. Refreshments will be provided.
